River Valley Residential Care Homes specializes in restorative dementia care in a beautiful
home on two peaceful acres in the Pinnacle Hills district of the city of Rogers, NW Arkansas.
Long term care is provided for the elderly with Alzheimer's Disease
and related dementias. Our focus is on high quality care to sustain wellbeing in our residents. This supports restoration

Judith has experience of dementia care in a traditional corporate nursing home environment and in
a nonprofit group home. These experiences enabled her to compare 'medical' and 'social' models of care.
The mission
of River Valley Residential Care is to develop care strategies that are based on a holistic approach. Success with this approach
has resulted in the replacement of anti-psychotic drugs with high quality care. An important component of our care strategy
is collaboration with family members to develop a care plan that sustains the contentment of their loved one, and minimizes
the agitation and fear that often accompanies dementia.
